This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Gopalpur (Rangra O.P) P.S. Case No. 211 of 2017 for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 406, 504, 506, 417, 419, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegations against the petitioners is of running Goonda Banks.

This Court has no sympathy for this kinds of persons. Accordingly, the prayer of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail is hereby rejected.
