The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 307 and other section of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted informant, Devendra Rai with sickle but no injury was caused to Devendra Rai. Petitioner, Sita Ram Rai is also alleged to have assaulted Puja Kumari. The petitioner is not the assailant of Puja Kumari. But it appears from the order of Additional Sessions Judge that while rejecting the prayer for bail of the petitioner, he considered him to be the assailant of Puja Kumari.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
