The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Baikunthpur Ps Case no.300 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner and one more accused person were apprehended with the stolen motorcycle.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that on that basis one case has been lodged under Sections 413 and 414 of the IPC and the he has been made accused in this case. He is in custody for five months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6248 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. Ist Class, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur PS Case no.300 of 2017. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
