2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 454 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 307, 188 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.
3. As per allegation, the informant got an information that there was quarrel between two groups. When the police party reached at the place of occurrence they saw people were fighting with each other and blood was oozing from the head of some persons. When the police tried to pacify the matter, the crowd abused them. Further, the police opened fire in air,

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is a fight between two groups of the residents of two village and both the side have suffered injuries.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. Case No. 454 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Sudha/- U T
