In this application for anticipatory bail the petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A), 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners want to renew their prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by order dated 27.01.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 30901 of 2014 on the ground that the victim has been recovered and her statement has been recorded wherein she has stated that she married with Rajgir Paswan. The learned A.P.P. submits that again prayer for pre-arrest bail is not maintainable.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24594 of 2016 (3) dt.27-07-2016 2/2 In the facts and circumstances stated above, again this pre-arrest bail is rejected. The petitioners are directed to surrender in the Court below within three weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order and pray for regular bail and then their prayer for regular bail shall be considered in the light of the statement of the victim girl.
