1. The present writ application has been filed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders and/or

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1539 of 2017(3) dt.20-07-2023 2/3 direction/directions for following relief:- (A) For direction to the respondents authorities concerned specially Deputy Inspector General, Patna to arrest S.K. Sinha (Res. No. 7) and A.K. Rai (Res. No. 8) who are absconders in Complaint Case No. 1057(C ) of 2003 and produce them before the learned court of pending S.D.J.M., Patna.

(B) And also for necessary order, direction, relief for which the petitioner is entitled in the eye of law and as well as facts of the case.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent no. 7 and 8 were made accused in Complaint Case No. 1057©/2003 filed on 13.05.2003 and the case is pending in the Court of S.D.J.M. Patna.

3. It has been submitted by the learned AAG for the private respondent that the respondents no. 7 and 8 had no knowledge about the pendency of the Complaint Case No. 1057(c)/2003 as the respondents no. 7 and 8 are government officials and they had been transferred.

4. In these circumstances, no further order is required by this Court as now the respondents no. 7 and 8 have knowledge about the pendency of the Complaint case and they

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1539 of 2017(3) dt.20-07-2023 3/3 will take appropriate legal steps in the complaint case.
