The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 406, 420, 467 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that the petitioner on the pretext of providing agency took Rs. 9, 69,000/- from different villagers.

It is submitted that complainant is not the victim. She filed the complaint on behalf of so-called victims. The petitioner is in jail since 12.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Afzal Alam, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Vaishali at Hajipur in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 48/11, G.R. No. 2288/11.
