The petitioner shall be satisfied if this Court directs for disposal of his representation which shall be filed before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi.
In this view of the matter, if the petitioner files a representation before the District Magistrate, Sitamarhi within four weeks from today, the District Magistrate shall consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law within two weeks on its receipt.
