The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kanti (Muzaffarpur) P.S. Case No. 93 of 2018 for the offence under Section 25 (1-b) a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier petitioner has filed CR. No.29523 of 2018 for grant of bail which was rejected with direction to the court below to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that trial Court has not been concluded the trial and similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail. Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced

No.8450 of 2019(2) dt.13-02-2019 2/2 other co-accused have been granted bail and petitioner is in custody since 4.3.2018 let, the petitioner named above is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West) Muzaffarpur in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No. 93/2018 ( Trial No. 4045 of 2018, G.R. No. 557 of 2018).
