Mr.Asha Kumari ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-09-2022 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The specific allegation against petitioner no. 1 is that he gave sword blow on the head of the father of the informant. Petitioner no. 2 inflicted farsa blow on the head of the informant and petitioner no. 3 inflicted iron rod blow on the head of one Sonu Kumar.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11808 of 2021(4) dt.27-09-2022 2/2 informant, his father and Sonu Kumar have suffered simple injuries and the petitioners are the persons of clean antecedent. Mr. J.N. Thakur, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as clean antecedent of the petitioners, let the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra court in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 481 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
