2. The petitioners are seeking regular bail in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 80, 61(2) of the BNS, 2023.

3. As per allegation, the marriage of the informant's daughter was solemnized with Deepak Yadav ten years ago. After marriage, the accused persons including the petitioners demanded dowry from the informant's daughter but the informant did not meet the demand of dowry. Ultimately, the accused persons including the petitioners strangulated and killed his daughter.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been

He has further submitted that the petitioner no. 1 is the mother-in-law and petitioner no. 2 is the brother-in-law (Bhaisur) of the deceased and they have no concern with day-to-day affairs of the couple. They have been falsely implicated merely because they are family members of husband of the deceased. He has also submitted that as per allegation in the FIR, the deceased was strangulated to death whereas in post-mortem report, the cause of death is due to electric shock, which is contradictory to the FIR. The petitioners are under custody since 05.11.2024 and they are the persons of clean antecedents.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioners above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Buxar in connection with Dhansoi P.S. Case No. 115 of 2024 , subject to the following condition that the petitioners shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court.
