2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"(i) for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus to the respondents to make the payment of compensation of 2 Kattha and 9 Dhur land of the petitioner situated at Mauza-Bhimnaga pertaining to Khata No. 67, Kheshra No. 1379 which has been acquired by Government for making the construction of Bhimnagar PowerGrid in the district of Supaul.
Patna High Court CWJC No.9932 of 2016(3) dt.18-08-2025 2/2 (ii) for issuance of a writ or direction to the respondents commanding them to take all the necessary action for making the payment of compensation of land of the petitioner which has been acquired the respondents authorities for making the construction of power-grid.
(iii) Any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioners be found entitled in law be granted to him."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if he is allowed to approach the Collector, Supaul for the redressal of grievance alongwith all the supporting documents.
4. The State has no objection.
5. In that background, the writ petition stands disposed of allowing the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, the Collector, Supaul who shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion at an earliest.
