JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-02-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhore P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304-B, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner happens to be agnate of father-in-law of the deceased and no specific overt-act has been attributed against him. Moreover, it is informed that husband of the deceased has already been remanded in jail custody and parents-in-law of the deceased have been granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4889 of 2020(2) dt.29-02-2020 2/2 is allowed and it is ordered that petitioner, in the event of his arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the court concerned, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Bhore P.S. Case No. 195 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
