JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 07-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. There is case and counter case between the parties and persons from both sides sustained injury. Although the learned Sessions Judge referred in his impugned order that the injured of this case sustained serious injury said to be caused by sharp cutting weapon but counter case reflects that co-accused, Jay Kumar Mistri too sustained injury said to be caused by Dabiya which is a sharp cutting weapon.

Accordingly, the petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37822 of 2015 (2) dt.07-09-2015 2/2 each in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No. 134 of 2014 to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura.
