Petitioners are named in the first information report and informant claimed that before his death deceased had disclosed before her that it were petitioners who assaulted him. There is nothing on the record to show as to whether deceased was in condition to make his statement before the informant or not. Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount
