The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused, Vinay Kumar and except the aforesaid facts as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against him.

Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Saur Bazar (Patarghat O.P.) P.S. Case No. 546 of 2014 to the satisfaction of Bijay Kishore Singh, J.M. Ist Class, Saharsa.
