JUSTICE V. NATH ORAL ORDER 14-06-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the State respondents as well as the learned Counsel for the BSFC.

The prayer in the present application is confined to the direction to the Certificate Officer for disposal of the objection filed under Section 9 of the Bihar Public Demand Recovery Act in Certificate Case No. 4 of 1014-15.

It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said objection has been filed on 11.5.2016 and

Patna High Court CWJC No.9223 of 2016 (2) dt.14-06-2016 the same is still pending. It has been further submitted that by order dated 15.3.2016 warrant of arrest has been issued against the petitioner.

After considering the submission and the facts and circumstances of the case this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the Certificate Officer, Nalanda, to dispose of the objection filed by the petitioner under Section 9 of the Bihar Public Demand Recovery Act in accordance with law expeditiously and till disposal of the said objection no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner.
