This application for regular bail arises out of Mehdiganj PS Case N0. 91 of 2018, disclosing offences under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2018. Based on the allegation made in the First Information Report, learned counsel for the petitioner is correct in his submission that there has been no recovery from his conscious possession.

This application is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in Mehdiganj P.S. Case No. 91 of 2018.
