The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner alongwith other co-accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been made accused only on suspicion. Specific allegation is against co-accused Sikandar Chaudhary, who is son of this petitioner.

However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and the victim girl is still traceless.
