2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 539/2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273, 414, 34 of the IPC and under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of about 910.2 liter of illicit liquor from the petitioners who are in custody since 16.12.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are ready to donate Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting their guilt.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission of learned counsel for the petitioners, let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani/ concerned court in connection with Jaynagar P.S. Case No. 539 of 2018.

6. This is subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Sevashram, Swami Vivekanand Path, Bela, Muzaffarpur and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted only after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.
