The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273, 308, 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 47(A) of Excise Act and 10, 13, 16, 17 of UAPA Act.

200 litres of countrymade liquor and other articles are alleged to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and for that they are in jail since 25.6.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40180 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Sathi P. S. Case No. 108 of 2015.
