JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 26-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

Vide Annexure-1 order dated 01.05.2015 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 17178/2015, prayer for bail made on behalf of petitioner was rejected with a liberty to renew, if so advised, after framing of charge.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed certified copy of the order dated 20.05.2015 wherefrom it is apparent that charge has already been framed.

That being so, petitioner, Amarjeet Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Rosera, Distt-Samastipur in connection with Rosera PS Case No. 360/2014.
