JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State and the counsel appearing for Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University.

Mr. Anil Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has represented to the Principal of Ramadhin College, Sheikhpura, on 09.10.2017 and also represented the Registrar and Vice Chancellor, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University, Bhagalpur, on 13.10.2017. He submits that the petitioner has now superannuated, he must get whatever dues to which he is entitled.

Patna High Court CWJC No.2385 of 2018 (2) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 The learned counsel for the University submits that the University will take appropriate decision on the representation filed by the petitioner and after verification of the records the University will ensure payment of legitimate dues of the petitioner, necessary orders for payment of arrears would be issued by the University within a reasonable time. Considering the aforesaid fact, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file exhaustive representation, enclosing the copy of this order, within a period of one month from today. In the event, such representation is filed by the petitioner, the University is required to objectively consider the representation and decide the entitlement of the petitioner by reasoned and speaking order within a further period of two months from the date of receipt of the representation. The University is also required to ensure payment of all admissible dues within the time frame indicated here-in-above.
