The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Ashish Yadav in the year 2008 but her in-laws and husband were torturing her. The informant got information that his daughter was killed by all the accused persons. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is motherin-law of the deceased and she is in jail since 28.05.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
