Petitioner happens to be step mother of the deceased and the present case has been lodged by husband of the petitioner. The husband of the petitioner claims that petitioner confessed her guilt before him and disclosed that she administered poison to the deceased. It appears that except the aforesaid so-called confession of the petitioner, there appears to be nothing against her.
