Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Siwan Mufassil P.S. Case No. 422 of 2022, registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.12.2022 and there is recovery of 123 liters of liquor.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed.
