2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramnagar P.S. Case No.66 of 2021 dated 12.02.2021 for the offences punishable under Section 147, 149, 341, 290, 224, 353, 186, 143 and 225 IPC.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seeks
