This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Ladaniya P.S. Case No.268 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner, who is a veteran criminal, has given repeated knife blow on the informant. The petitioner is also accused in four more criminal cases. He is in custody since 24.11.2023.

Considering the nature of allegation and also the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. 5.

Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
