2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for directing the respondents authorities to make payment to the petitioner for the land sought to be acquired by the Land Acquisition Officer, West Champaran (R4) for the construction of the proposed NH-730 project (From Sevarhi to U.P.) at the present market price at which sale and purchase has been taking place

Patna High Court CWJC No.3834 of 2026(3) dt.21-07-2026 2/2 in the vicinity as evident from an illustrative saledeed dated 15.10.2024 (Annexure-P/3) and not at the rate arbitrarily indicated in the notice issued to the petitioner and his family-members in L.A. Case No. 21 of 2023-24; for payment of solatium, interest @ 9% & an additional compensation to the petitioner for the incidental damages suffered due to the acquisition including the price of the properties standing on the land-in-question; and for all other relief/s the petitioner is found entitled to in the given facts & circumstances of the case at hand."

3. On 30.03.2026, an order was passed to remove the defect(s) within a period of two weeks.

4. As it was a peremptory order and the defect(s) was not removed, it got dismissed on 15.04.2026.
