JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-10-2018 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition in order to file an execution petition for compliance of the order dated 29.12.2012 passed in Complaint Case No. 24 of 2012 by the District Consumer Forum, Aurangabad, Bihar.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate execution petition within a period of six weeks from today and during the said period, no coercive steps shall be taken by the respondents Bank against the petitioner.
