The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but his name has surfaced in this case during the course of investigation and thereafter the petitioner was arrested but admittedly, he was not put on T.I.P.

The contention on behalf of the petitioner is that when the petitioner was arrested in the present case, he was remanded in some other cases also.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as submissions made on behalf of the parties, petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36937 of 2015 (2) dt.01-09-2015 2 / 2 amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Dwadi, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Deep Nagar P. S. Case no. 221 of 2014.
