Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to make necessary corrections in the name of petitioner in the cause title of the application.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.7404 of 2022(2) dt.04-04-2022 2/2 So far as petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Jai Ram Singh and Sarojni Devi are concerned, considering the fact that there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against them, their application for anticipatory bail is is dismissed. So far as petitioner no. 3, namely, Mukul Kumar is concerned, he is a junior member of the family and there is no allegation against him.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the application on behalf of petitioner no. 3, namely, Mukul Kumar is allowed. Accordingly, let petitioner no.3, namely, Mukul Kumar, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st, Nawadah in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 191 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
