2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-AA) of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the basis of secret information, a raid was conducted and during search, one country made pistol, one revolver, one 7.65mm pistol, one country made katta, 16 pieces of 8mm cartridge and other articles were recovered from the house of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. No incriminating article has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner and he has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner claims clean

5. On the other hand, learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and submitted that petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and illegal arms and ammunition has been recovered from the house of this petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and nature of accusation, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
