The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chenari P.S. Case No.397 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 411, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

One stolen motorcycle has been recovered from the petitioner.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2023.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
