1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing vehemently for some time, seeks permission to withdraw the quashing application as it has been submitted that despite his best endeavours, he was not able to seek instruction from the petitioners with regard to the stage of the case, as the present quashing application has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 14.03.2016 passed in Criminal Revision No. 07 of 2016 by the learned Sessions Judge, Saharsa whereby he has

No.23488 of 2016(2) dt.13-09-2023 2/2 affirmed the order dated 30.11.2015 passed in Complaint Case No. 1553c of 2014 by the learned trial court whereby cognizance has been taken against the petitioners under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
