The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant father of the deceased made allegation that the husband of his daughter and her in-laws killed his daughter Anita Devi.

It is submitted that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. Anita Devi was married to Pramod Rai six years ago. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38626 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 80 of 2015.
