The instant application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 25116 of 2021 allowing bail to the petitioner in connection with Deepnagar P.S. Case no. 256 of 2020.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, paragraph no.2 of the order dated 20.12.2021 is modified to the extent that "Special Case no. 116 of 2020 (arising out of Deepnagar P.S. Case no. 256 of 2020)" shall be read as "Deepnagar P.S. Case no. 256 of 2020" and "to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge XVII, Nalanda, Biharsharif" shall be read as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif".
