The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The father of the deceased was found killed in his hut. The informant only suspected that the petitioner had twice threatened the family members of the informant and he might have committed murder of his father. Except suspicion there appears no material against the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in Musahri P.S. Case No. 83 of 2013.
