The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 401, 414, 420, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession two voter identity cards bearing same photographs but in different names as Rajesh Mahto and Rajesh Rai was recovered. The petitioner is in jail since 03.02.2015. Similarly situated accused Deepak Kumar has already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15695 of 2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37236 of 2015 (2) dt.28-08-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 26 of 2015.
