2. The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Patahi P.S. Case No. 117 of 2018, G.R. No.3656 of 2018 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 143, 341,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6347 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 323, 324, 308 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. In view of the observation made in the Impugned Order dated 11.11.2024, the petitioners have been found absconding and in the light of the decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of G. R. Ananda Babu vs. State of Tamil Nadu and Anr. reported in 2021 SCC On Line S.C. 176, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
4. The petitioners, if so advised, may surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail. In that case, the learned District Court is directed to consider their bail application on the same day and pass necessary order on the basis of material, which has come in course of investigation without delay.
5. Accordingly, the present pre-arrest bail application stands disposed of.
