The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant lodged the case against unknown for theft of Bolero jeep. During the course of investigation, the petitioner Rajesh Mahto, Deepak Kumar and Vijay Kumar were apprehended. Co-accused Deepak Kumar @ Deepak Mahto has already been enlarged on bail. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 272 of 2014.
