JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-05-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of obtaining job as Anganbari Sevika on fake Madarsa certificate. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that without any enquiry, the case has been lodged against the petitioner and she has again obtained mark-sheet and that appears to be genuine. Further, the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18400 of 2019(4) dt.03-05-2019 2/2 named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Birpur, District, Supaul, in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No. 53 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. This is further subject to the condition that the petitioner shall produce the certificate before the learned court below, who will send it for verification, if it is found forged, the bail bond of the petitioner shall be cancelled.
