Mr.Murli Dhar ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 18-06-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 501 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he helped in kidnapping the minor girl.

From the medical report, it transpires that the victim on the date of medical examination was pregnant. Considering the aforesaid, the Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected. However, he may surrender before the court below within one month from today and prays for regular bail, which shall be considered and
