The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 138 of 2019 registered under Sections 30(a) /32(2) / 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the recovery of 6201 litres of illicit liquor has been made from the alleged Truck and room of Rice Mill, which does not belong to the petitioner.
