This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Trial No. 2089 of 2017 arising out of Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 558 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. In a case of misuse of two years, the petitioner has already been remained in custody for eight months. Considering the same, this regular bail application is allowed.
