The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioner was arrested, but he has not been put on test identification parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Rumpa Kumari, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kishanganj in Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 57 of 2014.
