The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019 for offences under Sections 147, 149, 448, 148, 353, 427, 433, 436, 295(A), 153(A) and 504 IPC.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. The petitioners have been made accused on account of communal tension due to assault of one Sakal Kumar Yadav. FIR was lodged against 200 unknown Hindus and 100 Muslim persons and the petitioners are not named in the FIR.

No.14262 of 2020(2) dt.06-07-2020 2/2 Considering the fact that petitioners are not named in the FIR which was lodged against 200 unknown Hindus and 100 Muslim persons and the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Jamui in connection with Khaira P.S. Case No. 117 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P. C.
