The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No. 559 of 2022 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that the alleged recovery has been made from the house of co-accused Sandeep Sharma. The alleged Truck from where the illicit liquor has been recovered does not belong to the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
