1/A. That the petitioner further prays for issuance of an appropriate writ / order / direction upon the Authorities to take steps to remove the encroachment made by Respondent No. 7, who is obstructing the ingress and egress of the petitioner."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner has produced a copy of the notice issued by the Circle Officer, Bhorey, District-Gopalganj dated 11.03.2024, under Section 6(2) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 in connection with Encroachment Case No. 15 of 2022-23, with regard to Khata No. 579, Khesra No. 5752, Thana No. 362, admeasuring 60 decimals, situated at Mauja-Husepur, hence it is submitted that the present writ petition be disposed off in terms thereof and further liberty be granted to the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Bhorey, District-Gopalganj for enforcement of the aforesaid notice dated 11.03.2024.
