Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

According to the prosecution case during the course of vehicle check the petitioner was apprehended and from his possession one loaded country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered and for that the petitioner is in jail since 24.12.2013.

Considering the fact that petitioner has already remained in jail for more than a year, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38362 of 2014 (3) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M, Vaishali at Hajipur in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 293 of 2013.
